What is EFT?

EFT stands for "Emotional Freedom Technique". Sometimes you will hear people refer to it simply as tapping. It involves tapping at the end points of energy meridians located in the body. 

The beauty of EFT lies in its simplicity and its ability to quickly and dynamically change a state of mind and/or alleviate physical distress. I've consistently seen it bring emotional distress from a level 10 (highest) to a 1 or 2 (lowest) in the space of a single session. 

EFT is a sort of "East meets West" modality in that it involves tapping around different energy meridians located in the body while focusing on the thoughts that contribute to the emotional issues.

As a trained practitioner, I'll join my intentions to yours and use my intuituve skills to help you quickly hone in on the issue, enabling you to release the emotional charge and internalize the desired change. EFT is amazing in that it is so simple and very easily learned, and can be practiced anywhere, anytime on practically anything!
