Linda Ibberson

My strengths are my compassion, my intuition and my sensitivity. I listen without judgement, and create a safe space for you to express yourself.
I studied and received my certification in Hypnotherapy with Jean-Claude Zekri of the Hypnos Center in Montreal, Quebec in 2009. It's an interactive modality wherein the client takes an active rather than passive part in the session. I've found this method to be very effective as it quickly allows key issues to be pinpointed and addressed, and unwanted behaviours changed. It also combines aspects of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), which allows the brain to quickly grasp new concepts and to more easily integrate change.
I studied EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and completed the original Gary Craig Levels I and II, and have remained current as the tool has evolved and has been adapted over the years. It is an outstanding method for quickly bringing down emotional charges, and for creating space for new possiblities to enter in. I currently co-host a weekly tapping group helping people cope with the stresses of Covid-19.
On a personal note, I meditate and practice daily gratitude. I believe in endless possibilities, the Law of Attraction and I strive to align myself energetically with my desires and dreams. An avid flower gardener, in the summer I love to spend afternoons with my hands in the earth creating beautiful landscapes. I love reading/listening to anything and everything that pertains to the workings of the human mind and the expansion of consciousness. I'm also a classically trained mezzo-soprano and love choral music of all kinds. An animal lover of the highest magnitude (!), I have four fur-babies that bring absolute unconditional love and joy to my life (Please support animal rescues!). On that front I'm currently undertaking a certification as an animal energetic communicator. Stay tuned for more news on that topic.

My personal mantra: How does it get any better than this?

I'm fluently bilingual, and am happy to offer sessions in French.

I felt lost after the death of my dog, George. I didn't feel comfortable sharing this with my friends, but Linda listened and helped me get through it.

Very grateful. Thank you,
